Cancellations

To ensure that our business can run smoothly and we’re able to help everyone achieve their goals we have a few policies in place to help with that.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable as time needs to be booked out of the diary to make this available for you.

Discounted Bundles

Any packages / special offers / bundles are non-refundable, this is to protect ourselves as a business, as unfortunately, we have had people in the past abuse this system for discounted sessions.

Last Minute Cancellations / Last Minute Reschedules

To be as fair as possible to all clients everyone is treated the same and we run a strict 24 hour cancellation / reschedule policy, this means that we must be notified 24 hours before your appointment if you would like to cancel / reschedule. Please see our policy below…

1st Offence

The first time you cancel / last minute reschedule you will be billed 50% of the balance that is due on the day of your appointment (session or bundle). This paid balance will rollover to your next appointment.

2nd Offence

The second time you cancel / last minute reschedule you will forfeit the session. If this has been paid already the balance will be lost, if you have not paid this then it will automatically be billed.

3rd Offence

The third time that you cancel / last minute reschedule we will unfortunately have to remove you from our client books and will, unfortunately, not be able to treat you going forwards. Any pre-paid sessions will also be forfeited.

Late Arrivals

Clients are asked to arrive at their appointments 10 minutes before their scheduled appointment time. If you arrive 15 minutes later than your scheduled appointment time this will be treated as a ‘Last Minute Cancellation / Last Minute Reschedule’ and the rules above will apply.

No Shows

If you fail to arrive at an appointment without giving us at least 24 hours notice these appointments will fall under the same ruling as our ‘Last Minute Cancellation / Last Minute Reschedule’ policy.

Safety Precautions

A consultation form must be filled out prior to a treatment being given Please inform us of any medical conditions including pregnancy when booking, as some treatments may not be appropriate for you.
